As we enter into the silly period, a reminder:
Don’t waste your time
Fitting in, doing what others do
Concentrate your efforts
On being the youest you.
Family gatherings where you regress back into the family role, multiple nights out which leaves your heart full but rather physically depleted. This time of year can be a lot.
Remember the power of choice!
